I think Harbaugh deserves his fair share of the blame, but as already stated it's only week 2 and we are 1-1. He's a rookie HC, expect more mistakes.

The article was pretty fair... Coach didn't have a great game. That doesn't mean I'm turning on him or something to that effect. I still love the hire. He is a rookie head coach and will have a few bumps in the road. We were still prepared and look WAY better than we did under Sing.

The only mistake Harbaugh made was not putting Hunter in the game, all his other supposed mistakes are "hindsight = 20/20" mistakes. There were lanes to run through but Gore couldnt hit the hole in time, Hunters size and speed would of turn those 0-3 yard gains into 3-7 yards and sustained more drives. I still love Gore and he has his place in games where our O-line can dominate, but the oppenings against dallas were small and closed quickly, Hunter is the only back on this team that had any chance of making something out of the poor blocking.
Fact: Individuals in the secondary lost this game, not coaching, the O-line wasnt great but did not specifically lost this game, not scheme and for once not the QB play.
On all those big plays our secondary was around the ball but did not make a play, either a missed tackle or going for the int instead of knocking the guy out of bounds. We have only two quality starters in the secondary and the rest are simply backups who miss opportunities to make the play. The one positive thing about this loss is that it wasn't due to clock management, DB's showboating, a special teams fumble or any WTF moments. One bad penalty, and then two lost matchups later and the cowboys win. The defense is still weak on the back end and will continue to get exposed throughout the season. The only thing there is to do now is to try and work in Aldon and Culliver to start getting more speed and playmakers(hopefully) on the field.

Gore was consistently getting hit... in the backfield

He's not a rookie head coach- this is his EIGHTH year as a head coach. Just because the guys he now coaches are bigger, stronger, and faster, doesn't change basic fundamentals of handling time management, not turning down 1st downs, etc.

That's an interesting piece on it. I never even thought about how foolish it was to not kick onside from the 50, even if they recovered, that's only a 20 yard field position sacrifice whereas we could have potentially gotten the ball back, starting the ensuing drive on the outskirts of field goal range.

after 2 games....imo, I think 2009's Sing, Martz, Shaun Hill, Issac Bruce, combo would beat this Harbaugh, Roman, Alex, etc combo.
but we have the players on offense to show DRASTIC improvement...so we'll see in these next couple of weeks.

Well, he's definitely getting out-coached in the second half in each game so far. What separates him so far from the previous coaches is, he's got a handle on this team. He knows what has to be done and will make things right in the future. He doesn't seem like a repeat the same mistake twice kind of coach. He knows there were f-ups and blunders all around. I don't expect after 2 games for him to make perfect halftime adjustments. Hell I don't expect it this week coming up. I expect him to keep using trial and error though in the next few games. Find out what works at halftime and what doesn't work and by midseason we should be a better second half team.

I didn't know Jim Harubaugh slipped and fell down in coverage, jumped offsides, failed to block, and blew a coverage in overtime.

We all knew that we have holes on the O line, Secondary, taht our passrush is slow and by time the OLBs do not generate any passrush when playing better opponents.
I have to say that I was a bit surprised we did not took the penalty burned 90 seconds of clock and kicked the FG. No body is error free, Harbaugh will learn and adjust.
Bill Walsh went 2-14 in his first season only. 6-10 his second season. Then Superbowl.

Harbaugh why didn't you play cornerback or safety or passrush better. It's all your fault!
His team, his 25 mil, his fault- that is how it works.

Gore got washed out due to the lateral movement of the defense, then got hit in the backfield on multiple occasions. The point was on all those tackle traps and pulling guard plays, there were holes but they closed by the time Gore chose to square up his shoulders and hit the hole. With the tiny holes this line opens, the only chance this team has is to get through them with speed before the DL & LB can create seperation and drift to the running lanes.
