What a load of crap, faithless fans drooling over an article where a guy that got cut off from practices rants about how the coach that cut him off only has the 10-12 plays in his entire playbook. The Raiders and Chargers preseason games blow his retarded theory out of the water. Lowell is such a drama queen, I am not surprised that some of our posters like him.

Those guys were not the #1 overall pick of the entire friggin NFL draft though. The top dog has to be ready to go. The lightbulb has only flickered so far. The cost has been a high one for this franchise.
partailly agreed, Yet he´s signed throughout this year, so why the hate? if he fails the team fails.
i belive we had enough of failure throughout the years.

It's hard for me to believe how bad Cohn can be about day to day games, players and coaches; but how good he can be on philosophical pieces about morality and ethics.
This article is as bad as any he has written, making assumptions and declarations that are not backed by fact. Walsh did not run plays that would expose Montana or Young's weaknesses because he hated losing and he was not an idiot. Why would Harbaugh be different? There were a few passes Montana could not throw accurately, mostly deep passes beyond his arm strength, but he only used those when a receiver was wide open.
As far as Harbaugh not trusting Smith in the red zone...yeah, I'm sure Harbaugh didn't watch all the old video of Smith doing well in the red zone!

Sunday's Post Game Article
Wow. A week ago, he was sounded cautiously optimistic about the approach Harbaugh took and the direction of the team. Even when he talked about Smith being held back or protected, he balanced that by actually saying that Smith played "beautifully" at one point. Now, we're running bland plays because Smith can't play. It just seems scattered to me.

Cmon fans, yes Cohn just keeps beating n the same dead horse. Alex Smith is a "warm body" just servicing the position until help, or 'the one' arrives. Move the chains, slowly, and dont lose. Alse because there was nobody else available out there! Thats about all Harbaugh can do right now. Smith only is what he is. But we ALL know this after watching him for 7 years right! ...RIGHT! I'll be fine with this for now, but we all need to raise our expectations, if really do want to win.

Don't mind Harbaugh being challenged but this article is based on fantasy and the evidence (preseason games) would totally disagree with his observations. Not waiting for Lowell to be good though, won't live that long!

Read the article. Don't know who wrote it and didn't check, but it is obviously an idiot who knows nothing about football. That's the way it works.

Cohn knows what he is doing. He is getting hits on his website. Unlike professional athletes, Cohn doesn't have any accountability and he takes full advantage of it.
