Anybody Watch Playbook Cowboys Vs Niners

We will be a

team this year and a....

in the playoffs
I haven't seen this yet, so I'm commenting based on what people have said here. That being said:

1) Tony Romo has put up some fantastic numbers, but I bet that, on some level, Dallas wishes they had "hid" him during that 4th quarter where he basically gave the game away.

2) My personal opinion, I really liked the approach Harbaugh took with Alex for the first game. Lean on your best offensive weapon(Gore), don't put too much on the shoulders of a QB in a new system. When you do open up a little, put your QB in the best position to succeed, and allow him to build some confidence in the system.

3) I agree that we will have to open up more against Dallas. I would feel comfortable in assuming that Harbaugh is aware of this.

I hope you are right....at least I really want to believe you are right.
alex smith, 3 TD's??
Watching No Huddle on NFL Network. Both Deion and Faulk just bashed Smith. Jamie Dukes was in Smiths corner. Deion was so dismissive that I could only think, crap this dude is in Crabtrees ear....

even they say we wont win alot of games with Alex, but ohh well, they dont know anything about football...

Oops better check your ears cuz you didn't hear a thing they said. They said we won't win many games hiding Alex smith in our offense. My 12 year olds have better listening comprehension.

lol pwned

If anything the video complimented alex... they were talking about how the Coaching staff was hiding him, holding him back.

No, they were talking about how the coaching staff is adjusting to having below average QB and designing plays that best suits him.

Really? That is not what I got out of it. Let's see if coach opens it up this week, then what? And his stats for this first game has him actually a little above average with the rest of the QBs in the league.

The silly part of all this is that you can't draw too many conclusions from one game, especially one game where we had the lead the whole time. At some point we will have to open it up, but we didn't need to last week. The only conclusion that you can really take away from it is that Harbaugh likes to play it safe and protect the football, especially when playing with a lead... which is true of nearly everyone.

You know, that is kinda worrisome.

Why, crabtree will drop one pass then go sit on the bench again.

BTW I think dallas will come out with a slight ground and pound this week, because of romo.

Was going to comment on that shizzle myself

Used to really like Theismann in the booth on MNF, but he is going so far out of his comfort zone to try to sound jacked up that it is ridiculous

Theisman lives in Germantown TN, a suburb of Memphis and frequents the Horseshoe Casino in Robinsonville MS, about 40 miles south of town. I used to work concerts in Bluesville, the showroom there and we have heard horror stories about him from the waitresses and hostesses. He always gets drunk and starts getting all grab assy with the girls and never tips. I hear he drops 20k or so a trip at the high stakes tables and never wins.

You should not listen to anything Deion says. The guy is.........well it would take too long to list what that guy is.
