Sell the team Yorks and cash in.
I thought it would be lower, considering the dilapidated state of Candlestick Park.

Should crack the middle Top Ten sometime after 2015 when the new stadium gets built and.......we've won our 6th SB....
Thats what happens when you have a decade of losing while playing in one of the worst venues in the league

how much was the team worth during our 80s and early 90s run? I wonder what that would amount to today
Maybe they should spend some money then.

Definitely in my budget range
Niner operating income (earnings) at $1.5 million? Ouch!

They're just not netting a lot of money right now, probably due in part to stadium pre-construction design expenses and firing one coaching staff with years on their deals and hiring a new staff including Harbaugh's big deal. But as I understand it their low revenue is due to the disproportionately high piece of luxury box and stadium concession revenue that the City of SF hauls in through their lease with the team.
I find it hard to believe that the carolina panthers are worth more than the niners. gg forbes
