Has anybody ever seen this schedule tool on NFL.com? It's pretty cool.

Overall the 49ers were scheduled to travel 29,196 miles which leads the league in 2011. You can take about 5K off that for the stay in Youngstown. Next farthest traveled is Seattle at 26,918 miles. Most teams are in the 12-15K miles per year range and a couple are under 10K.

We did beat them with the passing game afterall.... Guess a broken clock really is right twice a day.

The 49ers, Bengals and Lions are collectively 19-5, while two of the favorites to meet in the Super Bowl, Indi and Philly, are collectively 3-13.
Just goes to show that the NFL is not a linear system and that many of those experts are not experts at all. You could say that even the experts are full of it and the ones that walk around above their peers generally turn out to be the most foolish of all.

1 loss to either Balt or Pitt.
1 loss to a divisional team.
13-3 on the season. 13-3 feels almost pessimistic, and that thought alone made my day. Can you believe that our niners are good again? I don't even know how I am going to react if/when we lose a game. It feels like we should every game now. ...amazing.

I'll be elated if they exceed my expectations. We'll pop this thread back up later in the season to see who was right.
Aloha OTC, time to officially "pop this tread up later in the season, to find out how you want to eat your crow!!!" I think you'll be very happy to eat some black bird, haha.... No worries, my 10-6 prediction may have me eating crow lau-lau in possibly 2 more weeks, and I can tell you I'll enjoy every bite. So OTC, how do you want your crow???

Fried, please. Grilled just isn't the same. GO NINERS.
Anything less than 14-2 will be disappointing at this point, really.

Fried Crow it is. Hope you're enjoying this season as much as I am!
Love to pay back the Saints for all the blitzing in the preseason. Then pay back the Pack for so many of Fare's wins. Then bring the sixth trophy!!!! Then I'll look forward to your 2012 Draft prediction for the 32nd pick. A perfect 30 year bookend for 1981.

Thought I'd get to my crow lau lau's a couple of weeks ago, but they tasted great with the Monday Night win over Pitt. I would have been stoked with my 10-6 prediction, but now I want 13-3 and the first round Bye. Aloha
