Haha, that's true, but losing an OC is FAR less detrimental when you have an offensive minded HC that will keep the same terminology/system. After all, Harbaugh is the alpha dog of the offense, and therefore even if we do continue to get a new OC every year, there will still be a huge semblance of continuity due to his presence.

If all goes well, Smith will be spreading the ball around to four or five receivers so I doubt he will get his incentives...but he may benefit by signing a long term deal worth more.
