Every time I click the quote button it takes me to the bottom of the page and the bottom left of my page says error on page. Could it be my browser?

look to the right end of the address bar. there are little icons there. thats where compatibility mode is. just click it once and wait for it to refresh your screen. hope this helps.

Note, though that I'm not in compatibility mode but I can quote. You can try clearing your cache and restarting your web brower.

I have IE but the only thing next to my refresh button is the red X for stop

Do you have IE 8 or older? I know the compatibility icon is in IE 8 (maybe even 7 but not earlier)
