2. Culliver is going to get overpaid by whoever signs him now. We should have extended him last off season regardless of the off field stuff.
3. IMO we don't need either of them. We drafted a CB in the 1st, 4th, 5th and 6th rounds last year and I would bet we draft at least one, if not a couple more and probably in the first 3 rounds.
4. I really like how Dontae Johnson played last year.
Johnson is a complete stud.
he stood tall when he could've easily fell flat. He wasn't perfect but he was absolutely promising out there and I see him getting the starting job in the very near future. he's just too good to keep on the bench as depth.

Kareem Jackson just agreed to a contract that averages over $8M/yr with $20 M guaranteed. As the Notorious B.I.G. would say, "Chris Culliver is about to get P-A-I-D, that's why my mom raised me!"

You can't pay someone after an incedent like that with suspensions and all. We are deep at cb but I'd like to keep one of them.

LOL, I tried telling you guys all season long how good Culliver was but you guys had made up your mind already. Dude was very good last year and will get a nice contract likely from another team.
Brock/Johnson/Ward and then hopefully a rookie or Cox will be our CBs next year. Possibly could get Cook re-signed. I was looking forward to a Johnson/Culliver duo but I guess not.

Even though we haven't heard anything on Culliver, I would not be surprised if someone gives him $7M a yr. Way too much for me to pay him.

I am not hearing a lot about Cully. Teams might be apprehensive as to how his legal proceedings will turn out and are uncertain as to how long Goodell suspends him. Cully might have to take a 1 year deal because depending on the length of his trial he might not miss time until 2016 but that time could be significant enough to where teams don't want to do a multi year deal with him
