49ers Fan Forum Teleconference - Tuesday, February 15

The following was e-mailed to me because I'm a season ticket holder. I haven't participated in any of these before but I think I'll jump on the conference call this time with some questions... I advise you guys to do it too if you have any interest. I'm sure the call will be packed, but who knows, maybe a Zoner could talk to Baalke and/or Harbaugh and ask a question. Not sure if they've done this before, because I'm a first year ticket holder and was never on the list, but I think it's cool that they are doing this.

The 49ers are pleased to announce the latest edition of the 49ers Fan Forum. This interactive conference call will feature 49ers General Manager, Trent Baalke, and Head Coach, Jim Harbaugh.

Joining the Fan Forum is easy! Here’s how it works:

1. Please sign up HERE .

2. On Tuesday, February 15, at approximately 7:00PM, you will receive a telephone call at the number you entered. Once you pick-up, you will be directly connected to the LIVE conference call.

To join is as easy as answering our call on February 15.

I just opted in and here's what it told me:

FYI...I got the same e-mail and I am not a ticket holder. I think pretty much anyone that has registered on their site got it. Should be interesting though.

Maybe it's not just for season ticket holders, but anyone on the 49er mailing list. Regardless, I think it's going to be interesting, and whether or not I will actually get to ask a question is not really that important to me. I just want to see what they are going to try to convey to their fanbase. I hope its not some lame ra ra session like the state of the franchise events they use to run with Sing the past few seasons...

Anyone order one of those free pics they were sending out a month or so ago? I got one, probably put me on a email list for special offers and such.

Todays the day. Still dont know what to ask or say if I actually get on this show or whatever it is!

Well did you sign up? If you did it properly, you should have received a call from The KNBR Voice of the 49ers... I forgot his name, but the guy who replaced Starkey. It should have been a recored message confirming your attendance for the call today. You will get a call around 7ish today and be connected to the conference room. Then you just listen. I'm sure instructions will be given on how to ask a question or what not.

I'm not going to be on. I'm counting on you guys to ask some good questions.
I'm afraid its going to be a whole hour of why can't you realize Alex sucks questions.
The other usual questions are too specific they aren't going to reveal like who are you going to trade for or what will be your first three picks.

Can someone ask what their opinion of our talent level is and how aggresive will we be in FA and the draft? Before we were trying to add many players and depth with no name FA's. I think we need to add a couple impact players at a few key positions (QB,CB,OLB) more than anything.

I signed up and everything, but havent received a call. Was thinking I would get it sometime tonight before the live conference. We'll see.

Just got an email saying I'm in a time zone (EST - NY) that conflicts with the national curfew law for outgoing calls, therefore, they cant call me...
I have a number to call and a PIN to enter so I can call them..no later than 7pm...or 10pm for me. I'm there dude!

I'm unable to be on, is this something I'll be able to listen to later?
