Frank Nunley by a landslide. Buns wasn't even close and Frank is my dad:) He played 10 years with the Niners and never another team and still attends all home games.

Sad but true. He still drives around with custom plates the say Fdghamer or something close to that. Sweet like fudge, but hits like a hammer. Gay nickname in that city though.

I think I'd go with deion over gore. He put the '94 team over the top.

Judging from the success of the '95 team that got bounced by the Packers, as crazy as it seems, Ricky Watters might have been more of a difference maker than Deion.

Ricky was great for a couple years, but didn't Deion win the superbowl with Dallas in '95. he did it for both teams.


I'll give credit where credit is due. Deion helped that 1994 team a lot. But we destroyed that '95 Cowboys team in Dallas and would have done the same in the playoffs, if....

On the other hand, in 1994, we also had Ricky Watters. Is he as great as Deion? No and it's not even close. What I am saying is that the loss of Ricky Watters effected us more in 1995 than that loss of Deion. If we had any kind of running game, we win back to back titles.
