This is Marvin's video with a different beat and cheaply edited.

Sure I took the "NFL" footage, I didn't use anything he added (which wasn't much) to the video I cheaply edited in iMovie and Adobe After Effects. Thanks for your input tho.
LOL....nice little passive aggressive shot there.
Not using a ton of effects is INTENTIONAL. I, for one, am not looking for vids with a bunch of strobes, 3D ripples, and the look of blinders through the entire thing (see, I can be passive aggressive too).
I (and alot of other people) just want to see the PLAYS.
Seriously tho, its not "MY" footage to begin with. Yes, I did spend HOURS AND HOURS capturing it (an entire NFL season in fact), converting it (raw HD format to WMV...about 5 minutes for 60 seconds of video), cropping and zooming it (zooming in because its not always easy to make out Patrick in a non-replay) and editing it (and you did use alot of my edit. Don't deny it, I made the damn thing), but in the end all the footage is property of the NFL and they could shut me down in a second if they wanted to.
I'll be honest, it does kinda bother me that someone takes all that work, adds a few flashy lights and calls it there own version with "umph", but the reality is that everyone has different taste and if they don't like the way I did mine its totally within their right to pull mine ad play with it.
I actually pulled alot of stuff for my upcoming Gore vid (which I hope to put up tomorrow), so I can't really stand on a soapbox here (although its only a portion of the vid, not the ENTIRE CONTENT. I will also give them credit for being the source material on Youtube).
Anyway, PEACE.
The internets is a funny place man, people love to share. Especially their opinions. You got these clowns stating theirs, that probably don't know jack about editing. I gave my opinion, your stuff is chop up the scenes, put them in order, chop up the audio you need, put together with a little text (in moviemaker) and call it a wrap. I tried to be nice, but like I said the internets is a funny place.

Cool. Your stuff is take someone elses work, cut it up (a bit) throw pretty lights and effects on it, obscure the best part of the video (you know, the plays), call it your own and a "baybreaker707" production.
...and you didn't try to be nice. You tried to make a "better" video and peeps called you on it. Then you tried to be passive aggressive.
You don't like my style? Its all good. Don't watch. Don't pretend tho that you're "being nice".
As for not knowing jack about editing, you're probably right. You can go ahead and be technical and the rest of us "clowns" will go ahead and enjoy the vids without you.

I made the video after those clowns were backing you up after I stated my opinion. If you can't take it don't do it. Like I said if you keep doing the same things that you already know, YOU WILL NEVER GROW.

I got no prob with constructive criticism, but thats not what you're doing. I actually took some of your advice and used some transitions in my Gore vid.
What is actually pissing me off right now is your passive aggressiveness and subtle potshots.
I don't know any of the peeps in this forum, but THEY are defending me and YOU are taking the shots.
I've never said I was anything CLOSE to an expert and ADMIT to being a total amateur.
Want an example of what I'm talking about? "
"Hey man, your vid is almost unviewable is some areas, you obscure the most important part of the vid (the plays) behind some kind of a blinds filter, you cut out great sections of video just to fit your music, you use pointless 3D ripples, AND you pretty much used most of my edit.
But hey, I'm just telling you that because I want you to grow. I'm being nice."

Ya know whats funny tho? Peeps appear to be enjoying my "amateur Windows Move Maker" vids more than your vid. Maybe, just maybe, it doesn't require pretty movie effects and invasive filters to make a good vid.
I've never said I was anything more than an amateur, but you, the "expert" are the one defending yourself from the rest of the 'zone. I know, we are all clowns, but maybe we all enjoy the circus.
I'm spitballin' here, but who knows.

What did you edit again? I took out your movie maker text
....and there again, my point. Thank You.
Wodwo is the rest of the zone?
It wasn't just Wodwo. Doesn't matter tho, you will spin it anyway.

It's too bad. He did good work. He just needs to learn to take a little criticism.

Yeah, I didn't want him to get banned. I was just annoyed that he was critical and then just said he was being nice and wanted me to grow....LOL!!
I think he just went too far when he started calling you names. OOPS.
