I get a slight eerie feeling that the Cowboys/49ers juggernaut rivalry is going to return throughout this decade.

Any old school Niner fan will pick the 49ers-Cowboys. Those two teams had some epic matchups in the 80s-90s.
The newbies will pick Seattle or Baltimore(lol)....
This. Niners-Cowboys hands down. I cannot STAND Dallas. Anyone knowing the greatness of the 49ers Cowboys rivalry has to pick this one.
1. vs. Cowboys
2. vs. Seahawks
3. vs. Ravens
That's the order for me.
I witnessed the epic Cowboy-49er tilts of the 90s and disagree. 49ers v. Cowboys is always BIG, but Harbaugh is the future of this team.. and Carrol is his biggest rival.
Plus let's admit, the Seahawks right now are the best challenge in our division as reigning West champs. Sweeping them would go a long way toward making the playoffs.
I dont care how long ago those epic rivalries were..........the Cowboys are the only other team (besides the Packers) that I will watch when the Niners arent playing. I just want both those teams to lose cause they cost us at least 3 rings in the 90s.
Sweeping Seattle doesnt mean squat. We've been sweeping Zona for the past 2 seasons cause they were division champs......didnt do much for us. Seattle's on their way down......their ship will sink as soon as Hassleback does. The Carroll-Harbaugh rivalry............meh, child's play.
Niners-Cowboys go a way's back. Even during the game, they'll show multiple clips of the two from the 80s-90s bashing heads. You knew the winner of those games was the fav for the SB.

niners vs cowgirls I love watching them lose or my dream super bowl matchup 49ers vs Steelers. The schedule won't be boring lets hope Harbaugh can help this team immediately so they won't be boring.

Couldn't agree any more. I have a feeling we'll be playing the Hall of fame game vs. the Cowboys because Deion and Haley should be getting elected this year. I know they didn't pick us last year with Emmit and Jerry but I think they will this year. What an anticipated game that would be.

What drove that rivalry was the desire to see us stomp the smug look off the faces of Michael Irvin, Emmit Smith, Troy Aikman and their A-Hole bandwagon fans.
They are all gone now and so is that rivalry.

Niners vs. Patriots.......... in the Super Bowl!!! No better way to kick-off a dynasty then by knocking off the old one.

Word. The Cowgirls games ain't what they used to be. The Seachicken games are where it is at now.
I am looking forward to years of Seachicken whinage about the 49er powerhouse.
I think it's awesome to Seachickens are in the playoff's. They are going to get a nice fat sense false bravado...and they just might even think they are somebody other than who they are....a team that is mostly devoid of talent.

Easy answer...my most anticipated game of 2011 is...whatever the first game of the season is as the beginning of the Harbaugh era with a new QB, WCO.
