No way the raiders let him go as OC to be OC elsewhere. There's nothing they can do if he gets offered a head coaching position, but they don't have to let him go to be OC.

Hell yeah. I've really wondered who Harbaugh would hire or if he will just throw his own playbook at the incumbent OC(Mike Johnson in our case) and tell him to call those plays or GTFO.

He can call his own plays.

Yes it looks like part 1 of my plan is complete, now we will soon have harbaugh and then,...... Andrew luck. Cuz luck will pull a Eli and want sf... Plz GOD make it happen!!! They said also that if harbaugh signs he will have authority over who we bring in. So he will kinda b our new gm as well which could also mean luck comes.

if Jackson has an interview with the Raiders tomorrow then how bout both? Tom Cable was let go so Hue Jackson could be the next Raiders coach... HE was the primary reason for the improvement this year.
