This is also true, but who do you want to take his job....Wade???? His pass D is more on our no speed. IMO like I said just not sure on how I feel either way I would not be to upset as long as the next guy is better.

I just think that if it was ability -- he would change the gameplan to do that. I mean it's just zone all the time. 3-man front NO PRESSURE. Not much man coverage.

I also believe that if we can literally NOT STOP A SCREEN for THREE f**king years, it's got to do with the coordinator.

I think Brad Childress would be a good DC. s**t man, I think DC's are a little easier to find than a good HC or good OC to be honest.

Wade Philips would be an upgrade -- he did well in SD.

The defense hasn't been bad, they just need to be there in the FOURTH quarter.

Whether it takes more conditioning or better planning for the 2nd half, it needs to be done.

It seems like most games, the defense plays exceptionally well during the first half, but have their breakdowns in the 2nd half. This needs to be fix, just as TURNOVERS cannot and must not happen in the 2nd half and ESPECIALLY in the 4th quarter.

He does make adjustments during the half but the squad is so tired buy the 4th cause our O is so bad. Now that I'm seeing others thoughts I would like to keep him. We need a HC that is good with the O. Who knows, we do need a new secondary that is for sure.

That was more of our guys not knowing what they should do pre-snap

I'm not sure if you're watching the ATL v. NO game, but Atlanta's defense is mixing up coverages, faking blitzes, and causing confusion.

I feel like the only time we really did that was in Indy v. the Colts last year. I don't get where that type of defense went?

it was unfair to peyton manning so the league called and said we were no longer allowed to use this defense.

Singletary came from a Buddy Ryan defense but never played that type of blitzing, put the pressure on the QB football.

To hide our weakness in the secondary, come up with some creative blitzes. After 5 years (sans last year) he has not.

If we have some pressure and our DBs stop playing 10 yards off the WRs...maybe a little bump and run on those blitzes?

And for the love of GOD, how many times do we get burned on screens. He has been here 5 years, and has YET to figure out that covering the flats means that screens can be prevented.

Our D is not good! We played one of the weakest schedules in the league and our D struggled aginst the bottom feeders and got murderd by good teams. Our run D is all right but could be a lot better vs better teams, our secondary is horrific, don't give me tired in the 4th quarter s**t, they can't cover anyone. GM can GTFO and take his 10 yard cushion on 3&6 mentality with him along with the "ballhawk" Goldson. Time to clean house! We are lucky to be in such a weak division, it makes everything on our team look a lot better than they are. If we were in the AFC playing teams like the patriots or Pittsburg getting torched on a weekly basis I'm sure you all would be telling him to GTFO but we play in the NFC west..... One week get torched by a good team the next play a weak team and look alright. Clean house!
