Our TE coach
I'm pretty sure he is now our QB coach since the OC move. He's the guy that was sitting next to Troy Smith on the bench when Singletary was in his face this Sunday. I've heard nothing bad about him, only good things. He gameplans the redzone offense and I believe we did really well in that area.
I'm referring to
TE Coach Pete Hoener.

for consecutive years in seattle and now this year in SF, solari's O-Lines have been some of the worst in the league-he goes
mike johnson/jason michael- we havent had a qb perform well for years - they go
jerry sullivan - who was our last 1000 yd WR? - he goes
screw it- we need a whole new offensive staff
defensively...i'm not entirely sold on the notion that we need a complete overhaul here
take into account that our offense never was able to consistently sustain drives and maintain control of the ball and the amount of time that our defense was on the field for extended lengths due to the inept offense
as it stands we are 14th in the NFL in total defense (331yds/gm) 24th(pass) 7th(rush)
if our offense played with any consistency over the course of the season we very well could have a top10 maybe top5 D
special teams - wasnt nearly as bad as it was last year, but wasnt what i felt it should've been - schettenheimer goes

I think the line improve as the season went along. Which is amazing considering we started 2 rookies. One will be a hall of fame. The other is 20 years old and doesn't bend with his knees enough!!! Alex getting striped of the ball in the final min of that game!!!
raw talent is good but he hasnt done anything with chilo,. he still stinks. other than baas, iupati and staley i dont trust the others, the rookie will be a great RT once he gets his footwork right. chilo is a lost cause and they dont see that.

This question is almost impossible to answer by fans... it's hard to evaluate position coaches unless you see them coaching on a daily basis. For example, Rathman has Frank Gore and Westbrook. Their talent may make him look great, but who knows how good of a coach he really is... none of us really do.

I say Rathman stays if we go back to a West Coast Offense.

Rathman would be the only retained assistant in my mind.
Manusky has had a down year, Solari hasn't shown he isn't expendable, and no one else stands out to me as "must keep"
If there's anyway we can snag Kubiak for OC, I'd probably die from elation

The rest can go.
