Exactly. Remember, these are the YORKS.
I could absolutely see him back. When the Yorks figure out how much dead money they have to pay him they will want no part of that.
Please don't say things like that.

I've really been worried. Alot of analysts think he's coming back.
Most of them, if not all of them, are not 49er Insiders like a Kevin Lynch or a Matt Maiocco, who are much closer to what goes on at 49er Headquarters... And from listening to the things I've read in their articles and sound bites I've heard on KNBR, none of the insiders close to the 49ers expect Sing back....
But you forget one very important facts: these are the Yorks.

Don't you guys see it? Jed is not going to fire Singletary - no matter what. He loves him too much. Now, have another bad season next year and he might change his mind. Jed and Singletary are sipping out of the same cup.

With the potential lock out the Yorks may not want to spend the money to pay a qualified HC or GM, so that is probably why there are all these reports floating around.

A lockout is the only way he's not fired.

The problems will continue until we get a new coach. We can't figure out who our QB is yet again this week. Alex knows the "entire playbook" but so does the opposing defense. I've got a copy of it right here:
