Who will Singletary announce as the starting QB for the showdown at St. Louis?

Despite not deserving to be anywhere near the playoff race, the 49ers are right there with two games to go. A win at St. Louis could put the team in control of its own destiny. Who do you prefer leading the charge?

Not like all our options are awesome. Hopefully this doesn't turn into another I-hate-Alex-Smith thread.

Hopefully Alex Smith because he gives us the best chance to lose.

After saying that Alex gives them the best chance to win, he'd look like a moron if he named Troy the starter.

Hey, susweel I coined that phrase.
Considering the fact that we won't adjust our previous game plan even a single bit if we start Troy, it should be Alex who gets the start...therefore we'll go with Troy I reckon

Sounds just crazy enough to work

This isn't even up for discussion. It's alex.

Dirty Mike and the Boys
Ebony and Ivory ..together in perfect harmony
If he wants to win the game? It had better be Troy.

Remember Alex's last start in Saint Louie? A game for the ages.
Smith.
