You can't include Gruden or even Shanahan in this topic. they have tenured records and fizzled out. Fisher is clearly burnt out with his job and looking for something new. Jack Del Rio is another Brian Billick staffer and look it's obvious that he has created a defensive minded team, their draft last year was defense oriented. If you are okay with Sing doing run-run-pass-punt for 4 games then 2 games of pass-run-pass-punt and then back to run-run-pass-punt by all means stick by him. But we obviously only win 50% of the time his strategy, it'll never change and we will never surprise any other team because of how we have sung about running first and foremost.

With Singletary, mediocrity is the ceiling. I supported hiring him, but after 8-8 and continual poor halftime adjustments (we always stink in the second half of games that are close at halftime), appearing lost and confused most times, it was obvious he can't learn on the job. Instead of getting better he gets worse. Time to give him the boot.
