he wont be fired during the season no matter what 21-0 loss @ home vs tampa bay is evidence of that with that said i believe he has to win all 6 remaining games (9-7) or at least go 5-1 (8-8) in last six to be retained as head coach if he does that we will have found a qb in troy smith and will be better next year if not we will have to find a new head coach one with offensive backround john gruden or mike homgren preferably and retain munusky to keep defense continuity

Nah. Too late in the season. And, it's not like we have someone up-and-coming to test out like the Cowgirls and Vikings did.
