I dont care what he does... I dont want him back period! Even if he brings us to the NFC championship! All I look forward is to Gruden or Harbaugh being our next HC! Gruden will bring back the West Coast offense!

Simply stay alive. Clearly he should have been fired already, but the Yorks are sensitive to being called stupid for hiring someone with a wacko philosophy and are praying day and night for some wins so they can keep him.
Also, there is some evidence that they are either afraid of him or as Lowell Cohn said, someone is mesmerized by Sing's deep voice.

I believe Singletary has to win the Superbowl (in a shutout) this year to keep his job, for sure.
