dude, now you are just trolling. This has nothing to do with Alex Smith yet you bring him up

It has everything to do with #11 because both are QBs on the 49ERS. Everything Troy does will be compared to #11 until #11 is no longer on the team.

Like it or not its a fact.

trollers gonna troll

This has to do with the coaching staff and how wack they are.

This thread isnt Troy vs Alex, there are other threads where that is being discussed.

You just hate me.

I must like you cause the first thing I was thinking when I read this was a comparison to Alex Smith and how Alex still looks so stiff, lost, etc.

EVERY thread......eventually.

What is this now we cant compare QBs that are on our current roster. Are you Alex lover's really getting so sensitive. Is it because your messiah is hurt right now so that makes you guys overly sensitive.

Your blind hatred is rather comical. You fail to recognize that the so called "Smith Lovers" have never once said he is a good QB. At least I know I have. I have just remained neutral in the topic which allows me to see the real picture instead of "ZOMG Smith sucks so bad that he is the reason for all of the wrong doings in the world so I must go into every thread in NT and comment about it because I have nothing better to do with my life" This thread is about Troy Smith and yet you felt the need to make an Alex Smith comment in an attempt to turn yet another thread into an Alex Smith bashing thread for you to troll in every day.

Now on the actual topic of the thread. Troy looked poised and calm. I just wish the coaching staff would call plays other than running up the middle 3 times in a row just to turn around and punt it away.

I haven't heard about what goes on in the huddle much with any of our other QBs.

This story makes it sound like Troy is the perfect counter to an emotional coach like Singletary. He did have an aura about him in that game that I really liked. Looks and sounds like he does have that leadership that this YOUNG offense needs.

I'm not crowning him yet or anything. Just a positive sign.

Cool story, Bro.

Agree, can't wait to see more of the guy next week!

After the last timeout on 3rd and 7, Sing thought the Broncos were going to be fooled to think we would pass on 3rd and 7 out of a timeout (like most teams would), but Sing isn't like most coaches. I hated that play so much, we were at the damn 50 yard line. I hate this s**t, every F'in game. It's not like we have a D that can hold it down, we let the Broncos score on a 89 yard 5 play drive after that run up the gut and punt.

Good post, reminds me of that Joe montana/john candy story in the superbowl, not saying troy smih is a great qb yet, but the great ones have this type of demeanor and control in the huddle , they make players believe in them.
hilarious story
