Cold and Wet when it rains at Candlestick Park. But if you're a Mike Ditka or a John Madden type ... BRING IT ON!
I clearly remember a playoff with the 49er's and da BIG BAD BEARS at their stadium. Cold, wet and nasty and all bets where that the NINERS were a sissy team and didn't stand a chance in the cold against the Nasties.
Guess wha happend! 49er's SMOKED THEM! It was Jerry Rice time when he caught a pass at the sideline, juke two defenders out of their socks and ran in for the TD!
And from there, it was HISTORY as they say!

Apparently being a "fan" involves never mentioning obvious problems and making excuses to justify those problems to the people that point them out.
Even die-hard fans of great teams notice, and point out, flaws in their favorite team. There wouldn't be so many negative comments if the team's play didn't call for it. For you to put the word "fans" in quotations the way you did, implying anyone saying something negative isn't a true fan of the team, is ignorant.

Niners get their first W 34-13
Campbell is trash. If he somehow drives up and down the field on us today, the season is truly over. They have speedy receivers, but they suck overall. DHB can't run routes or catch. Louis Murphy is their best receiver and he's average. McFadden is overrated, but he does put up numbers so our run D needs to get their sh*t together. The raiders' secondary is trash aside from Nnamdi Asomugha, so if we can't throw the football on them, that'll tell us all we need to know for the remainder of the season.
Niners win 31-10

Really cold. Snow. I remember the national media saying that there was no way the "finesse" Niners could go to Chicago and win that game.
