A better question is... When are we going to get our first win?
The way I see it...
Alex is still starting
Sing is still HC
No changes on D
No changes to the O Line
But we are playing the Raiders

Alex's supporters will climb out of the woodwork and reclaim him as Montana reincarnate. Then you'll see numeorus posts claiming, "where are the haters now ?" and "Alex has arrived".
Of course, 2 weeks from now....when Alex stinks it up again, the majority will crawl back under their hole, with the few remaining (Ceadder, Memphis, GB) citing, "it was the receivers/ol/st/coach's fault".
And the wheels on Alex's bus go round and round, round and round, round and round....

Sorry for not joining in on the pessimistic train, but I hope a win sparks this team and takes care of the turn overs

If it is a blowout win by 3 or more touchdowns it would give us a lot of confidence. And we might have a chance of getting out of this yet.

a win would show that at home against a local rival-- the Niners all pumped up can win a game and go to 1-5.
To me then the bigger test is going on the road and seeing what intensity, attention to detail we play at Carolina with---watching that game would tell me what this win did for us.
