Hell yeah, one of the most underrated defenses ever. Overshadowed by the offense. Pro Bowlers at almost every position.
Secondaries: Tim McDonald, Merton Hanks, Deion Sanders were all Pro Bowlers (Eric Davis should have gone in that year as well).
LB: Ken Norton, Lee Woodall, Plummer...
Line: BY, Stubby Brown and Jackson...

Outside of Deion, that pass defense was a bit weak. There was even a game where we almost lost to the Rams where Deion got burned a couple of times by Flipper Anderson. In the playoffs they gave up 28 and 26 in the NFC Championship and Superbowl games as well. It was the offense which really stole the show.
That's why I'd go with either 1984 or 1989 defenses over 94 defense. In 1994, the offense was so unstoppable that it masked the weaknesses in the secondary.
