Quickest way to turn team around

Really this season must have something positive come out of it what would it be for you.
stop turnovers, we start winning games. We're dead last in the NFL in turnover ratio. It kills us, week in, week out. Simple as that.

become a modern passing team and ditch the whole power run thing.

lol @ "switch to spread offense". I'm willing to bet that half the people that voted for that do not even know what a spread offense really is.

bench Norris, stop wasting 1st down plays on runs up the middle
BRING IN NATE DAVIS! 80 YARD PASSES TO TEDDY GINN JR ALL DAY! CHAMPIONSHIP!
5 TURNOVERS?

5

We lost by 3 points with 5 turnovers.

Qb's , especially 6 year first rounders are supposed to comeback.

Smith failed.
Sing isn't at fault and our Defense sure as hell isn't, keeping it close with 5 fu*kin turnovers

It's so fricking obvious since last season. All our playmakers are better in spread offense and when Alex calls his own plays it gets even better.
we're averaging 3 TO's a game. Not gonna win many when you give the ball away that often.

That's another thing. It's deja vu to Nolan days. When he became ignorant and kept the guys that could play on the sidelines and failed to change.
The team needs to stop turning the ball over. Plain and simple. 5 turnovers + missed field goal = loss. No professional team can expect to win when they commit that many mistakes. People keep calling for David Carr, but if Vernon Davis and Frank Gore both want Smith to keep his job than that must say something about Carr. BUT I do wish Nate Davis was more game ready because the guy has all the intangibles.

This is very true. Not only that but when Smith finally decided to start throwing down field things got a lot better.
