My apologies to the defense and to ZRF80

To the defense: you played your heart out and shut down a very good offense for most of the game. I am so sorry you have to fight so hard every game just to give us a chance at winning. Nate made a mistake, yes, but he and the rest of the D played very well. I would love to see what you guys could do with a real offense to back you up.

To ZRF80: to put it simply, you were right. It didn't take a genius to see Smith was bad, but I still held out hope that he could be good. He can't. He has one good game every few years...just enough to give us hope that he will pan out. He won't. It's time to cut our losses.

I hope our nationally televised games get swapped so the country can watch good teams battle each other, instead of this POS offense. I can't believe I drank the Kool-Aid. The sooner everyone realizes we are not a playoff team, the easier these losses will be to accept.
