He will still be gone after the season. We are not going better than 6-10, and that is being optimistic.

On NBC's pre-game show, Peter King is saying that Sigletary "looks like a genius" for bypassing Carr and starting T. Smith. He also called today "Singletary's best day as the 49er's coach."

Are you kidding me? Starting the waterboy would have been a better choice than Carr. Starting Troy Smith was a no brainer.

This was an EXTREMELY costly win. It basically killed our shot at the #1 pick as well. At this point, we're just destroying our draft position and our future.

Luck seems to be a no-fail guy. Other random picks are crap shoots, but he is clearly the real deal.
