I believe we did it in the Arizona game last year at home.
Needless to say it didn't work since our line is so bad.

Some time around the jr high school level, sooner with some coaches the quarterback is trusted to make a few reads and adjustments, very few. One of the most basic is the sneak, it goes like this:
Okay little Alex, if we are less that a foot, you know what a foot looks like don't you? Good if it is less than a foot, and there is no one covering the center tap the center thighs twice, that will change the snap count to one, nobody but you two will know, on one get take the ball get as low as you can an run your legs, I mean really push for it okay, got it?
Later you might add a left tap to run left or a right tap to run right, that way even if the center is covered you can silently pick a hole, pretty basic stuff, you don't even need to let the rest of the team know, only the Qb and center, ask yourself, what kind of trust issue does Singletary have with his QBs?

I am not sure why but most of the time I doubt we can get up to the line and make up our mind before the defense is ready. It does work if the defense is off guard but with the push we get it probably won't work if they are.

doesn't matter if we do or don't, we can't sneak up on anyone... the rat is selling all our plays to upcoming opponents!

If we still had Mrob, Taser would be an option!
