Young York hired these guys. Great that he didn't just hire another safe retread coach, but still the decision has been proven wrong and he needs to make a change in the next couple of weeks.
If the team looks archaic and non-competitve in the year before the world ends, then there is no use waiting.
One way out would be to fire Raye and keep Sing away from the offense. If Sing doesn't like that, he can leave.

Jed isn't firing anybody until the end of the season if at all.

Same thing I told my son. You see how long he kept that stray dog Nowin.

Papa still runs the show. Jed doesn't do anything without daddy's say-so.

This ownership is well respected by our fans. Criticizing the ownership on the webzone is like cursing the Lord in church.

because we know there is no chance of any changes being made there.
It's best to just push that out of your mind and focus on the performance of our players and coaches....unless they are performing poorly.
Then you look at other teams that once sucked or had a bad game and then point to them as a reason for hope.
Denial is a beautiful thing.

This is the real problem. Coaches, GM's and Coordinators come and go. Different names and different faces. But they are mostly rejects and inexpeienced guys who wouldn't be hired by other reputable teams. The Yorks look for a bargain. And this is what we get. Look how long they hung on to NoWin. And they kept the NoWin stench in Scoty McDRUNK. We had a better GM in waiting behind him for several years. That and hanging on to players for years and years and hoping things get better.
This is just absolutely clueless ownership. IMO you can't win ever with them. Maybe they can sell the team to Larry Ellison.

I always mention ownership, but not too many people think they are a problem. We don't have any top notch proven NFL talent in the front office. A C grade at best head coach, and an offensive coordinator that is a throw back to the leather helmet days.
Whoever is hiring these people is a big problem. We only have "value" in the areas not governed by the salary cap, that won't get more than an average team in today's NFL. Look at the clowns we have had coaching this team since Eddie D was run out of town. Erickson, Nolan, Singletary, down right pathetic. This franchise is unwilling to spend the money it takes to win. Until the Yorks sell we will have to get excited about 8-8 seasons.

If the fans want to make some damage to ownership start boycotting games. Force them to sell. We have been good since 1980 until 2000. Just so happens when John York takes over the team goes to S#%!. They will never sell because NFL ownership is a billion dollor business. If you want to make them hurt, hurt them in their wallets!
