I really don't see a problem with trying Dixon in that game when Gore and our OL were getting killed. And you will see if the Saints do the same that DIXON and Westbrook will get playing time. Just watch. Thats if Gore gets shut down again. For someone who thinks my thread is weak, you sure like to post in it. The troll Dallas fan is a weak argument because you have nothing else. You act as if only niner fans live in SF. Don't you live in Indiana? I will be at the Rams Niners game 11/14, and I'll be in KC on the 26th for that Niners game there. I'm one of a few Niner fans who lives outside of SF that travels to see the Niners play every year. There are several people with tailgating groups Club 49 and TruNiners that know me and know who I am. I'll even give you my facebook url and you can see me @ Niner games in a Willis Jersey along with my girlfriend. In AZ at the opener last season getting Bob St. Clair's autograph. As for posting in this thread, I rarely miss the opportunity to heckle a homer.

you better back it up with pictures, I have been to Dallas a few times, and there are no 49ers in that neck of the woods. I will be sitting in my season seats wacthing the 49ers on Monday night, and you will be in some cowboy dive bar crying in your keystone light!! Take pictures of that and post them. (and I have a feeling that if Gore does not have a good game, we will see DIXON and WESTBROOK come on in) if that happens, then you know I was right on the game vs Seattle. Cheers!

there's nothing to blame, Gore and the OL were not getting the job done in quarter 2, 3 and 4. Whats so wrong with understanding this??

If Frank Gore cant get it going what makes you think that Dixon can?

I'd like to see Dixon get at least 3 touches against the Saints

Westbrook should line up in the slot for a few plays also, we need some playmakers on the field at the same time, but I'm sure creating some plays for Gore AND Westbrook to lineup together in the backfield is too much for ask

because he is much bigger and harder to bring down, hes a different running then Gore and would have been a better fit for what the 49ers needed vs Seattle's defense on Sunday. If you are willing to bring on Norris and pass to him in the rz, why not try Dixon for a few plays and see what he could have done. Norris looked horrible out there, he had lead in his pants.

Ive heard from other players being interviewed(darnell docket for one) that Frank Gore is one of the toughest RBs to bring down.

Now you are saying bring in Dixon for Norris, make up your mind

Gore is our best option at RB yes he needs some breaks during the game but thats when Westbrook comes in. Dixon right now is a special team player. maybe he will get a shot but what your saying in the OP is a joke
