Silly question, I think the Seahawks only had about 250 yards total offense, so I would give the defense a B. The 49ers had the same offensively, that gets them a D.

Still the same problems.
On Defense its our DBs..specifically our Corners.
On Offense its mainly our OL not being able to run block for Gore.
Man...there is just so many things bad you can take from this game. We have a lot of work and it doesn't get any easier.
