Alex has had some success up there. He had a nice game on that Thursday night in 2006 and he had a very good game last year in a losing effort. He was 27/45 for 310 yards and 2 TD's.
Give me 17/25 for 210 yards and two TD's. If we can get that from Alex we win going away.

Amen ...... and especially divisional games. It would be huge to go up to Quest and set the tone or this season early.

They have a decent defense and a vetran QB who can pick apart a defense if given time. Playing up in Seattle is no cake walk either. I just believe if we don't get this win we can be looking at starting the season 0-2.. (saints will be super tough to pull out) If we start 0-2, going to play at Arrowhead will be extremely tough!! I'm thinking we need this victory bad for the well being of our season..

No! We have to beat the tough teams. Teams like Green Bay, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Sandiego, and New Orleans. We know we can beat all those other teams on the schedule. I'm not saying the rest of the schedule is easy or anything, I'm just saying that we either have equal to or have more talent than the rest of the games this season. The teams that I mentioned are the elite teams on our schedule this season. If we beat the teams I didn't mention and lost to the teams that I did mention, we would still make it to the playoffs. But than what, we get into the wildcard round and get our heads stomped in. If that were to happen, we might as well not even made it to the playoffs in the first place.
if we want to be a playoff team we need to beat these teams , Green Bay , phily, Atlanta , New Orleans & San Diego ! we can skate by the other teams mybe but that all depends on Alex , Care taker Manage the game s**t won't work , we need a QB can take over the game unless our Running Game becomes a nightmare for other teams and that mights happens cuz we have 3 better than good RB and one of them is a rook !

Man if we loose seattle game then have to play the Saints on Monday. We have to get a good start and dam it win some games in the middle of the season.
Not sure but the last 3 years it seems like we start off great then middle of the season loose almost all of them then at the end of the season finish strong. This gives us faults hope for next year.

That kills us right there I cant stress on how much we need to set the tone for the season come Sunday. I think Seattle will be tougher than what people expect but are beatable. We really need to make sure we shut down the screens to Forsett who is dangerous in the open field. Screens killed us last year big time. I am just hoping that both our Rookie Oline wont be affected by the loud stadium.

isn't "we laid an egg" just another way of saying "we beat ourselves"?
