You know I kind of had a feeling it was possible just by how late he was playing. He was playing in the end of the preseason game and thats never a good sign for a veteran.

Finally. He is a good guy, but I was getting fed up of there being a guy on the team whose only claim to any kind of worth is Special Teams, who wasn't a kicker or long snapper.

Who was better than him as a special teams guy and a #3 RB option a few years ago? I think you're seriously underestimating how bad the talent on this team was.

Like I said...probably the right move now. But wouldn't have been years ago.
