I really like the Anthony Dixon. It's just preseason but Dixon is starter material. Can't deny it.

Dixon is okay right now, I still thinks he dances too much. Also against the starters he looks very average, he looks a lot better against 2nd and 3rd team guys.

I'm not worried about the dancing. All rookies RB do that to some extent. They'll stop when they begin to know what they are doing, what to look for, where to go.

Tell that to Kevan Barlow.

I can tell that to Gore also in his first couple of preseason games, Ricky Watters was famous for it until they got him straight.

wtf? no he's not, lol

I'm sold on him early. He just need half a season of play. Not saying he will take Gore's place but we are going to have 2 very good back with Gore and Dixon.

Stole my thunder! This draft class, is considered one of the all time best bay any team in the modern era (post 67)! So as I read elsewhere in this thread "lets not stat sucking each others..."

How would you like to be Harold Hallman telling your friends you were a member of the greatest team draft class in NFL history?!

Anthony Davis
Mike Iupati
Taylor Mays
Navarro Bowman
Anthony Dixon
Kyle Williams
Phillip Adams

Of course we'll need 5 years to compare to Bill Walsh's great drafts, but I'm liking what I see and think this draft class will be right up there with them.

Props to Team Singletary/Balke on an amazing draft.

Seriously?

It is way too early but the fact that it looks like everyone of the picks (including three 6th rounders) are going to make the team (the deepest Niner team in years) is very encouraging. Its not too often (has it ever happened for the Niners in the last 30 or so years?) that happens and makes this draft kind of exceptional already.

GReat draft picks IMHO, yet to see them in regular season games yet but the hopes are high. But most importantly....
Right after the draft I was like boom or bust. This class has the potential to be right up there with the 86 class. It also has the potential to be an average or below average class although everyone looks great so far. It's extremely raw and immensely talented but it will take a lot of work and a lot of years to get them to the 86 class. For now I'd be happy with it being better than the previous few drafts.

You can start without me.

Love it how some people have no idea where this quote comes from...
