When is Jed York going to get smart and get a veteran football guy to deal with this circus?

I'm going to take this post seriously.

Kentwan Balmer is away from the team for personal reasons. The team acted in accordance with the league's policy on players missing unexcused time.

How exactly could the Front Office have handled this situation any better?

Scot McCloughan left the team for personal reasons. The team parted ways with him and promoted from within the organization.

Michael Crabtree was holding out for more money than he was alloted based on his draft position. The team held firm and Crabtree eventually signed. Doing anything otherwise would have set precedent for the next draft class to holdout for more money.

How exactly could the Front Office have handled this situation any better?

Other than a few unconfirmed tweets from 49ers beat writers, no one knows the deal with Glenn Coffee.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions when accusing people of being dysfunctional and stupid, when you've displayed those same traits by posting the above.

we should have one of our fringe players intentionally break Peyton Manning's legs on Sunday so he has to retire, then we can hire him to run our Front Office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
