, lets rush him back to the field ASAP so he can cause further injury just to run with the 2nd team D
Either hes ready to play or put him on IR. dont need a backup who isnt ready to do even that.

damn. McKillop is a pretty good second stringer.
Better than D.Smith and Ulbrich IMO

Maybe it's just me, but I'm fine with Bowman, Wilhelm and even Balogun as backups/special teamers.

Even if we lost McKillop, we are in good shape with Wilhelm who knows the defense and played well when given his chance. Navorro will be athletic and I hope he has the "head on" mentality needed for the TED position, but regardless of what happens we can overcome this injury pretty easily.

Feel really bad for the kid. A good team player and capable backup. Hope he's a quick healer and he's back on the field soon.

Better than D. Smith with one eye, most likely. Better than Ulbrich, I don't think so.

That sucks!!
he was solid last year filling in for Spikes and was a good STer. His second year of experience would have been a big help this year. we cant be losing caulity depth so soon
It is definitely a loss. might make roster decisions easier as we get closer

Yeah I'm pretty sure everybody knew here what it was when it happened.
I agree with you on the impact, I think this means that Wilhelm makes the team.

"why have bowman back up tko when wilhelm did pretty damn good for us last year?"
As I recall, our run defense went way south when Wilhelm subbed for Spikes last year.
Why do we only hear about players getting seriously hurt in practice in Training Camp? Rarely do you see someone get injured this badly in the middle of the season during practice.
