Where is our biggest weakness on this team at this point?

Until proven different, Special teams minus Lee/Nedney.

Good field position and limited turnovers change the outcome of games (and potentially playoff appearances).

The Organization is obviously prioritizing it with Ginn Jr, Williams, and Vann. Increasing the average starting field position greatly increases the teams ability to score and in punting situations, forcing the other team to a long field.

Essentially creating an average 7pt increase in scoring per 12 scoring drives. And more wins.

i love when people say stuff like this... what are u outnumbered in the poll by 90 percent... the other 90 must be wrong?

Well QB is the weakness right now, how is it not?? Sure, we have stability at the position, but in no way is Smith a solid starter as of right now. He has struggled, but you can't really blame him after coming off almost two years of injury.

agreed.. i agree he has to prove.. but it will happen. like urban said he will only excel if he knows the offense. he said that when he got drafted. took 5 years.lol
Since our offensewas still in bottoms of the league, then it must be on Offense. Let's go through it and see if we come up with a chicken dinner.
WR: nah
TE: nah
OL: upgraded
RB: he'll naw
QB: winner winner chicken dinner

still no pass rush huh... 3rd in nfl... pass rush sucks. lol

oh yeah the stats are misleading according to some.. regaRdless we were 3rd..

Look on Espn. Our Pass Defense was 21 in the league you moes, LoL. Don't even say it was our corners either cause any corner can't do anything when the qb has 10 seconds to throw the ball.

well if our corners could cover we would have a great defense..... but we dont we plug the run get sacks and let the ball fly thru the air and cant do nuthin bout it. cb is a weakness definitley. oh yeah were 3rd in sacks last year in nfl but thats a weakness right moe! lol

Agreed. It would be scary, if we had a greater weakness than at the QB position.

Read some of the reports on the recent OTAs about Smith. Great cheerleader - that's all he showed.

I would like to see how our corners did in these games. I remember some 5 turnovers games with a s**t load of INTs.

Now check how our corners did in games where we didn't apply much pressure.

Our corners are fine. It was our Free Safety that sucked.

If Smith plays at a Pro Bowl level, we're a NFC champion caliber team. That's not gonna happen, IMO.

Shoot, I'll do cartwheels if the kid can be a top 12 QB this year.
