I think Chilo Rachal will be the most improved. He strugled early on last year, and now has and ALL PRO in Ray Brown to tutor him. Also with a more talented RT in Davis to play next to him this year, the overall OL will be the most improved.
Alex Smith could be a close 2nd and if these things happen then we are play off bound.

Are we speaking purely stats? If so, as Smith goes, most likely, so goes Crabtree - so if Smith improves I expect Crabtree's stats to improve.
On O - I believe Smith's and Coffee's stats will improve, and I hope Rachal takes a huge development step forward
On D - I believe Goldson and McDonald could see stat increases
