No.

Project BL-47, now known as Brandon Long, is a top secret military human experiment created with the cloned genetics of Olympic Gold Medalist Brandon Slay and Hall of Fame Football Player Howie Long. The Government's original intent was to create a super human solider that could not only wrestle 300 lb. men to the ground, but also star in horribly inaccurate movies and make painfully obvious comments during a halftime show.

But something went horribly wrong...

During the training of Project BL-47, the subject unleashed super human aggression and escaped scientists prior to the completion of his training.

Authorities now believe the volatile Long is running freely within the San Francisco Bay Area (and possibly trying out as a reserve 3-4 OLB with the San Francisco 49ers).

that's MUCH better and more believable.
