Newsflash ... IF there will be a stadium built in Santa Clara, it WILL be shared with the RAIDERS!! Real fans can only hope that it does NOT pass and that the 49ers STAY in San Francisco where they belong.

There will be PSL's regardless.

There will be far less traffic concerns with many freeway access's near by compared to san fran

Raiders sharing is a possibility, but only about 33%

No way Yorks would say no monday or thursday games

I guess blackouts would be possible, but if the team is winning or at least playing decently, it's somewhat slim.

Tailgating will be available, though maybe not having a large parking lot area for it.
