There will be NO dedicated parking (Wrong) ... HOURS of traffic (B.S. Access will be better than Hunters Point) ... lots of bozo cops trying to figure out what to do (So what's new) ... gridlock (Redundant point) ... tailgating in jeopardy (There will be less tailgating space) ... Personal Seat Licenses!! (If you think there wouldn't be PSL's for a Hunters Point stadium you're deluded) ... and share the new stadium with the RAIDERS (If the Jets and Giants fans are mature enough then so are we) !!

The whole plan is only good for the Yorks ... they don't give a hoot about the fans! They just want to get richer and don't care if we have a good time or not. (Blah, Blah, Blah)

VOTE NO on J and send the whole thing back for a REAL PLAN!!

We'll know whom to blame now if the team is forced to move to los angeles!

There might not be a "Real Plan", there's a plan in LA though. And if they "don't give a hoot about the fans" and "just want to get richer" wouldn't they move to a beautiful new stadium in LA?

Let's get a new stadium now or there might not be a next time. It's not perfect but neither is Candelstick.

So if this gets passed when will construction start and how long would it take to build?

wtf? What has ever given you the idea that this team is going to be "forced" to move to LA?

there's supposedly still a few hurdles to overcome, but from what i've read, this is the biggest obstacle there is.

If there are no construction delays, then the aim is for the stadium to be open on opening day for the 2014 season.

IMO, that would be the City of San Francisco for letting it get to this point in the first place. eff L.A.

I read that the 49ers would be the landlord in any deal with the Raiders. That would be a huge pill for Al Davis to swallow.

The Santa Clara Stadium promoters/Silicon Valley supporters are very much against the idea, and according to Maiocco (in a 7-second interview a couple months back) Goodell isn't very crazy about the idea either, despite showing previous interest/support of the possibility itself.
