Brian Jennings doesn't just snap the ball he snaps the ball laces down (think Ace Ventura) every single time! He knows exactly how Nedney and Lee want their snaps and he delivers every single time. Special Teams count too.

It amazes me that any Niners fan would complain about Jennings on the roster after our most recent playoff game against the Giants.
If you don't know that game, then I suggest you try to watch it, or the highlights, on the net.
If you DO know that game and are still complaining about Jennings, you betta reca-nyze!

This was a joke guys, it was reported that the niners are bringing those 2 guys in for the upcoming minicamp since established vets wont be participating. They need someone to punt to Vann and Williams.

Valrod, as the leader of the Brian Jennings Bandwagon, I must say touche.....thank you for scaring the masses. Do you know what kind of damage you could have done? If people actually thought Jennings was leaving, Season Ticket sales would have plummeted. Niners jerseys would have been burned everywhere. Fans would boycott the team, and the Niners would than be forced to move to LA. In otherwords a Niners armageddon.
Please think before you post such threads in the future.

Looks like we are bringing in another long snapper
mattbarrows
Some area guys will get tryouts at the 49ers weekend mini, including SJS longsnapper Matt Wigley and SJS punter Phil Zavala ..
Jennings days are numbered
Your god king has some competition
Does this mean that Andy Lee is gone too?[/u]

BS if he is cut, he got a 5yr extension a few yrs ago, and is a valuable player on ST.
Stupid move if this stupid team makes it.
Plus Jennings one if not the best LS in the game, he was a Pro Bowler addition by Jim Mora that says alot about his play.

Thank you! That is EXACTLY what I was thinking.
It's pretty easy to forget how important a good long snapper is, until you don't have one. Then you remember real quick.

Jennings and Andy Lee are the best players on special teams. There are three teams, offensive team, defensive team, and special team. To get rid of Jennings would be a shame. He is the best player at what he does because nobody thinks about him ever in a game. It would be a shame if he were to leave
