Be a pro and do your job just as Fangio and his defense did even with injuries and suspension they played for Vic and he coached his tail off. What did Jim do? He gets no love from me. Not for this year and with another job already in place before this awful offense is done playing he won't on Sunday either.
Very good take!

Not sure where you get this. He doesn't have the frothing mouth on the sidelines look anymore but I don't get a sense that he's not doing his job.

It seems our players weren't very satisfied with the job he was doing listening to them. I would argue that doing his job for the team the team the team is much harder when your are lining up deals with other teams all year. We need a HC focused on game planning scheming adapting and adjusting to win games for the 49ers. Not Michigan or OAK. Our guys deserved better. The HC has to stay focused on the 49ers winning until it is done. And you talk about doing his job ... Man our guys were expecting a Super Bowl and not this crap we got this year from Jim! Unacceptable!

Yeah, no. Davis is a long-term piece for the 49ers, Roman isn't and Davis knows it.

I think the shots were at the scheme and Roman more than JH. They lost faith in the offense overall so there was not much he could do other than continued experimentation...which was a bit redundant given the multiple changes already tried this year. I didn't hear any comments about a change in practice schedule or meetings.

I just wanted to point out how important Davis is to our run game for those who think he's dog meat. How old is he now, twenty four or five? We where a different team without him in the line up.

Not sure people want to cut him! I'd like to see if he can move inside to RG.

For the money he is making he hasn't been on the field. Talent was never a question its the fact that since he is getting paid the desire is not there anymore.

I think he got sick of Roman and it changed his outlook somewhat. Could have a whole new attitude with a different Staff and Offensive Philosophy. With a full off season to completely heal - we'll see.

Quitter=Loser. He let his brothers go down to prove a point because of a disagreement with Roman.
