Ginn was being shopped for a 5th. Any GM could have pulled this trade off.

McCloughan would hold on to draft picks like it was his 1st born child. I agree that you have to build thru the draft but when someone like Santonio Holmes, Brandon Marshall, or Tedd Ginn are availble for next to nothing you have to take a chance.
