I don't think Baalke realized the ramifications of getting Ginn off Miami's roster. Now MIA will probably go after Spiller, which means we have no chance at him. Not that I care if we get Spiller or not, but I think Baalke didn't look at the big picture.

You're assuming that Spiller is even high on the 9ers draft board, which may not be true.

Nah, McCloughan likes big guys and is affraid to roll the dice a bit on a talented kid like Ginn, IMO. It would have to much of a "splash" move for McCloughan
