gore is actually trying NOT TO BE SELFISH...the exact opposite of what many people think....he knows that when he has the ball over a WORSE rb, the chances of the niners getting more yards, a first down, a td are GREATER than when he does not have the ball.....i just wish people would see the logic here, GORE is better in every way than Coffee so he knows the team needs to use him as much as possible.

What if Montana should of used Young more.....or Owens used Stokes more....sorry but there is a clear cut better player here and that is Gore. Now if we draft CJ Spiller and we need a speedster on a reverse or screen then i agree but other than that....GORE is right and Craig is wrong.

Less of Gore will never mean more wins for the 49ers.

I have always been and still am a huge fan of Craig. Class act. Hell of a player. Still a winner. We need more like him.

Will always have nuthin but love for Craig.

But I have to say that Frank being out for 3 games shows that we weren't ready for Frank to be "unselfish" since Coffee was pretty ineffective during that 3 game span.
