What about Gruden or Cowher? Are they available? And if so would we have to completely tank this season to get them?

Dear NinerBuff.

Gruden or Cowher do not fit the profile of our executives, our hiring practice or the franchise's team building philosophy.

We only hire executives with no prior experience so they will be free of bad habits. Once hired, they were allowed to learn on the job and absorb football wisdom from the ownership. Then they will intern for a few years to experiment what they have learned.

Gruden or Cowher are not good fits.
