Ive got the news that no one could have anticipated. The signing of David Carr has given us a new #2 QB. Nate Davis. Hill will not remain with the team, as he is interested in getting an early start on the free agency market. Carr was brought in as a #3 QB. Nate Davis will get a chance to compete with Alex Smith through training camp and preseason! Hey, Willis even said that all of our QBs are better than Carr, and frankly he is right.

The coaching staff has already said they are going to bring Davis along slow and develope him. Carr is the #2 bro.

Nate Davis is 50-50 to even make the roster IMO. Wouldn't be suprised if he starts the year on the PS

no way davis is on the ps next season. he will get scooped up right away. why didnt we put davis on the ps last yr if we couldve just kept huard as the 3rd back up whos been in the league for a while? the reason we knew he wouldve gotten picked up

Why when you have a 31 year old vet who knows the game. Carr was brought here to be the backup.
