ok....yea...sry...i made a mistake....im sure i am the first person to ever fall victim to a typo....get over it
anyway...i was just wondering what everyone thought because he IS the leader of this team and if he is bashing Carr before he is even signed i don't think he will be "welcomed with open arms" like a FA should be
its just funny lol
Yes he is the leader, he can say what he wants. Carr will have to come in and prove himself..again. However, Willis did support who we have now.
IDK about his views on vick. lol

lol damn. Never thought out of all the people he would be the vocal one. Coaches better make him happy so he doesn't leave when his contract is up. I can't and won't yet get mad at him b/c he is saying these things b/c he wants the team to get better. Not stay mediocre.

More from Willis
Quote:
I hear ya man. That's all u but I know what alex has and I have seen carr play. Ill take my chances with *alex*
"Take my chances" LOL
It doesn't sound like he believes in Smith. Maybe im just taking it out of context.
Quote:
I'm certainly going t play my heart out. We are going to win and then all else will take care of itself
That sounds more like the humble well mannered Willis from his interviews

To me its common sense: Pat sees the truth in what we have in coming in the near future. Two words: NATE DAVIS
How can any of you posters not tell that Pat believes in what he sees from this man.
Dont make me start a thread on how he has got the goods to compete for the starting spot.
(Lets not argue about it cuz we're not the ones setting the roster, but Davis does need to be the 'two')

I like that Patrick is talking about moves, dude needs to be more vocal. Only thing missing from his repertoire. I also like the fact that he said that he likes Alex as our starter; not sure about the Vick comment though. I'll give him a pass on that one lol

Omg yes it is!
I just don't understand what this FO is doing right now. The NFC West is up in the air, for the taking, and it seems like we are staying idle and not improving this team.
David Carr?? For what? An improvement over Shaun Hill?
I agree with Bam Bam.

Niners may just be done with Hill and dont want to throw the season away if Smith gets hurt because Davis is not ready.....Nice Run-on..... I think its better to spend on a backup that will contribute, they got plenty of positions that have no depth
