YES KURT WARNER IS DONE THE DIVISION IS OURS! Do we really need to rely on a QB to retire to take a NFC WEST? Are we that lame we cant play muscle to muscle with other good teams? Do we have to count on a nfc west that has 1 team gut from the front office (seahawks) Team with 1st round pick and has no sign of life (Rams) and another team that if u remove one peg the hole house falls apart (Cardnals) to be good?

I don't care which QB we have to play against, as long as we have a horrible O-Line the division will always be hard to take.

to answer your question, no we don't but it does help our chances. I'm sure other teams in our division were happy when Montana went to the Chiefs and Young walked...Hell...we beat the Cards twice this year so I know its not that big of an issue!

The Niners EASILY could have won 3 more games had they sorted out their offensive identity earlier. It was a combination of Singletary and Raye's stubbornness to try and run the ball with a woefully inadequate line. So, no...if anything you are the lame one, sir.

Well, no one was going to win the NFC West when Montana and Young were playing.

yes, now all the teams in the NFC west have mediocre QB's. THe playing fields are now level.

The point im making is we have to rely on winning when a team is not at there full strength. At least from the most fans point of view. Example warner retiring. Its us niner fans saying yay we can win now with help of a team being weaker cause of a core person, NOT how WE play like what your saying with sing and rayes play calling.

People can say whatever the f**k they want. For me it's not about our chances in the division if he retires it's that I HATE HIM, and I can't wait until he is no longer a member of the Arizona Cardinals or the NFL.

THE NINERS are actually not that lame at all.....we are actually one of the better teams in the league....playoff material IF we can be 8-8 with 2 backup OT's, a horrible OL, Gore gone for 3 games, Clements out, 7 FUMBLES on punt returns. 2 of which we for the oppositions TD's which would of been at least 1 maybe 2 wins.

Name another team besides the Colts and NO that could go 8-8 without 2 OT's, a horrible OL, their RB out for 3 games, best CB (now it's a toss up with the edge to Spencer) and a revolving fumbling door at PR/KR??????? Not to mention Crabs not playing until week 5?????

We already HANDLED the cards WITH WARNER they just had the better playoff teams at their HOME and the niners had to play 5 playoff teams AWAY.

How are the niners sad when we should of won MINN and IND to of the best teams in the league not to mntion ARIZ twice??????

When we had Montana and Young nobody could beat us until they were gone. When we lost Owens, not many teams could beat us. It happens to every team, HOWEVER as far as the Cards go, We do just fine against Warner

Thank you... We already proved it that we can win our Division. Next year we take that on the road a win a few and pave our own road to the playoffs... I know we are close, we beat the Cards twice and kept up with the Colts and Vickings... the REd and Gold are back.

Yes, but when we did go back to the run game we had established a pass threat that demanded attention from the defense.

Kurt Warner or not, the niners aren't guaranteed anything. If we do make the playoffs, I wouldn't give a rat's ass how we got in. It's been over 7 years, and I've had enough of this losing s**t.
